At The Fifteen Keys Hotel the comfort, health and protection of our guests and team is our first priority.

The situation relating to the virus is continually evolving as more becomes known about it. We continue to monitor developments and adjust our policies accordingly.

Our Health & Safety measures have been adopted in compliance with the current directives of the World Health Organization and the local authorities.

Cleanliness has always been one of our main strength, however we have implemented extra cleaning to prevent the spread of the Covid-19.

All hotel rooms are meticulously cleaned and sanitised, using professionally certified products effective against Covid-19, each room will be disinfected after each guest departure.

All air conditioning units and air filters receive specialized treatment.

We use a 75% alcohol-based disinfectant on every high-touch areas such as elevator, front desk, entrance door, public bathrooms, telephones, TV remote controls and light switches.

Where possible, doors and windows will remain open to increase fresh air flow.

The same vigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures will be applied to our staff and back of house areas.

Hand-sanitizer dispensers are available for our guests and team in all the common areas, we ask you to use it regularly.

The whole staff receive continuing training in the Covid-19 protocols. This includes interaction with guests and welcome procedures, so no handshakes or high-fives for the moment.

We also check temperature of all staff members on arrival each day and any showing any Covid-19 symptoms will be asked to remain at home.

The wellbeing of our guests is our main priority. For this reason, we have reviewed our booking and cancellation policies in order to encourage guests to plan ahead their stay and dissipate any concerns and uncertainties they may have.
